Customisations, Shipping & Returns.

Customisations;

Small Customs - Most items such as custom made bracelets, watch straps or other small accessories are completed in 3 days.

Large Customs - For larger items such as shoulder bags, cross body bags & so on, it can take us up to 7 days to create your item.

Custom Trainers - Custom trainers can take us between 3-5 days to customise and complete.

Rest Assured all our customs are finished to the highest standards.

Please note that the time frame varies on how busy we are. Some orders may take longer to complete as we only have a small team creating all items. Items are made from AUTHENTIC materials. 

Shipping;

All items are sent via signed and tracked shipping. UK deliveries take 1-3 days and 3-10 for any other country (Yes we ship worldwide!)

Returns;

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom made trainers and accessories as they are made on request on each order so please ensure that the sizes, designs and styles are correct. These are custom made items, made specifically for the client who ordered them. Once the custom items are signed for, the full responsibility lies in the customers hands. Our items are made to last for ever if taken care of.
